Review of Snatched Up to Heaven!
"Snatched Upon Heaven" for kids is an enchanting book about a character who ends up in a magical world, written by Jemima Paul with Arvind Paul. It emphasizes the significance of parents understanding the Bible and teaching Christian religious beliefs to their kids. The story is exciting and full of adventure, with well-developed characters. It's a great book for those who enjoy fantasy and want to go on a thrilling journey with the main character, eight-year-old little girl Emma, and her younger sister.
The story revolves around two girls and their parents who believe in God. Their parents teach them about the Bible every night, which tells people that those who believe in God and do good deeds end up in Heaven, while those who do bad things and don't believe in God end up in Hell. Emma, the little girl, finds this all very interesting and believes in God, Heaven, and Hell wholeheartedly. One night, she has a dream about Heaven where she and her little sister are transported by angels, and she sees everything exactly as described in the Bible.
The next day, she excitedly tells her parents everything, and her younger sister joins in too. It becomes a daily routine for her, and her family enthusiastically listens to her. Suddenly, one day, she has a dream about Hell and gets scared. She tells her parents about it.
As the story unfolds, the protagonist embarks on an extraordinary quest, exploring themes of self-discovery, courage, and the power of resilience.
The illustrations add color to the book and are interesting for kids. The author's prose is both eloquent and engaging, effortlessly immersing readers in a world of magic and enchantment. The imagery is so vivid that it feels like you're watching a movie unfold before your eyes.
I couldn't find any grammatical errors in the book, and it's an easy and interesting read for children.Regarding negative aspects, some may feel that the book focuses on Christian beliefs, which might not be suitable for people of all religions. Personally, I believe in one power above all of us, watching us every second. However, for parents who want to teach their children about love, God, belief, hope, good deeds, and bad things, this book is perfect.
I rate this book 5 out of 5. "Snatched Upon Heaven" is a rare gem in the realm of fantasy literature, and I wholeheartedly recommend it. Prepare to be transported to a world of wonder and awe that will leave you yearning for more.
