Book about young men with tough childhood, whom was ashamed and did not see he was depressed. Stuck with society belief men do no cry. Until one day he read an article and discovered it okay to cry if you are a men. He had a tough relationship with his wife due to this and marriage was on the rocks. Though he was a strong believer of self help and keep going. As he child he endured physical, mental and emotional and physiological abuse from his father, with little or no help from his mother and sister. In turn he developed survival instinct and methods to cope. Which followed him to his adulted hood without his notice. With therapy he was able to open up about his childhood that had haunted him, and molded him to whom he became without him seeing it.
He learned responsibility and survival at a young age.he was a paperboy by age of 10 and by the time he was in college he was taking care of her sisters. He even made sure they followed their dreams in sport so as they can not grow up as he did with Thier father. Growing up he always was at school even though he never liked it, he even got his masters at young age.
