Reconfigurement by E. Alan Fleischauer is an innovative, eye-opening book on thriving after retirement in today's economy. Fleischauer, an expert in planning for retirement, created the concept of reconfigurement to address the problems with today's conventional methods of arranging retirement. He replaces these "asset-focused" financial mindsets with a unique but highly effective strategy to plan and create steady cash flow. He introduces modern concepts that provide a holistic approach to transitioning into a new financial structure. Reconfigurement stands out from other instructional books by walking readers through a comprehensive, step-by-step guide to approaching and carrying out an effective retirement plan! Unlike other guides to retirement, Fleischauer's book is humorous, informative, flawlessly edited, and will leave readers feeling confident and excited about their next chapter.

One of the best aspects of Reconfigurement is how it describes every possible path and opportunity in great detail! Fleischauer gives a comprehensible yet intricate description of strategies such as investing in government bonds or taking advantage of specific programs. He then goes beyond a conventional retirement guide and describes whether or not this is the path to take and why, based on his financial experiences and those of his clients. Reconfigurement is among the most credible, up-to-date retirement guides! However, some constructive criticism I have for Fleischauer's book is that its graphics, which are finance-related puns, could be replaced with more comprehensive, relevant images that help the author convey the complicated concepts essential to conceiving the ins and outs of a successful retirement. Of course, Fleischauer's excellent writing and editing make up for something as insignificant as insufficient graphics!

Overall, for its fantastic, contemporary insights on setting up your financial life for success after retirement, I give Reconfigurement 5 out of 5 stars! It's one of the most comprehensive, thought-provoking retirement guides out there, and readers will flip through each page feeling a sense of peace and control over their futures. Fleischauer's insights will benefit countless people as they navigate the next chapter of their lives.
