Women who aspire to some leadership role can gain a lot of insight from this book. They have successfully done what they suggest others do in sighting a quote from Nancy Ortberg, "Help the younger generation lead by allowing them to stand on the shoulders of your experience so they can see farther than you ever could." The authors' transparency and authenticity is refreshing.
