Embrace Imperfection: A Deep Concept of Spirituality

Post by Vermont Reviews »

I found the book "Embrace Imperfection: A Deep Concept of Spirituality" by Kyle Kowey an interesting read. Like all people on earth we are all constantly evolving. With the internet and new social media the concept of me, me, me becomes more of a problem everyday. Getting in touch with spirituality starts from within. It will make you stronger, healthier, and more giving and successful. According to the book we all need to let go of our ego. Out health is our prime importance. Technology is changing almost on a daily basis and changing the way we communicate. Our spiritual side needs love not things. Things will never make us happy. Choose your actions wisely. Learn to stay positive. The books goes into examples of each of the practices of developing a deep spiritual life. The author has done a wonderful job of showing everything that is needed to form a daily habit of being happy. Nature and exercise helps, body, mind and soul. Well written and excellent information. Looking forward to reading more by this talented author.
