'Purpose' Review

I will say with conviction that Gina Bianchini is a storyteller.
'Purpose' is a wonderful opportunity to "hear" the story about the rise of technology from someone who is in the middle of it and than see that story masterfully elevated to a whole other level by Gina Bianchini.
Even though I am not a 'techie' myself, the book grabbed my attention right from the start, I found it easy to read, free of acronyms which only a few can understand and truly a wonderful insight into a world which for many is a bit sci-fi.
When you read 'Purpose' you are getting a different perspective on the subject, and it's refreshing.
Gina Bianchini is sharing her knowledge and experience with such ease and grace that she makes thinking, talking and living your purpose an ordinary every day thing. Like it should be.
Having said that, I have mixed feelings about 'Purpose' in its entirety. At times it felt like a dissertation on how social media is going in the wrong direction and we have to go in the other.
At the same time, I admire how strongly Gina Bianchini feels about the role technology and digital communities play in today's world and even more so in the future.
The book definitely shares a good structure and good insights all the way from finding your purposes to taking them digital. Even if the digital approach it's not your cup of tea, 'Purpose' is a book for anyone searching for a fresh, modern look on things, backed up by some traditional ones such as pen and paper and meditation.
Gina Bianchini is not expecting every person reading the book to take their purpose to a digital community. There is a lot to take out of the book, and you, the reader decide where do you want to stop.
Every reader Gina Bianchini reaches, she is bound to make an impact allowing her to live her big purpose.
Reading 'Purpose' was a teachable moment for me and I am grateful I came across this book.
