This is one of the most meaningful and practical tool guide for a university graduate stranded by the weight of unemployment. It bundles the idealistic approaches of the ambitious people by showing them the best ways to fully cultivate their gifts to become experts.

Have you tried something and failed before, well Chris Dreyer takes you through a comprehensive approach to how you failed and how you can stand up again.
A well written and demonstrative practical mastery of the 21st century economy. Chris creates and explores the roots to success that a lot of people in this generation are not seeing. "NICHING UP".

Chris makes use of practical examples and day to day icons for instance the reference to star wars was brilliant. It really made sense to me at that very instant.
He himself coming from a series of trial and error he successfully creates a path in NICHING UP for others to not go down as he did but to even surpass him.

I give this book a rating of 4-4
And 4-5 because it's unique in the present economic dynamics.
From the first chapter of the book, Chris defines what niching up is and the advantages. This actually made sense because a lot of people actually have niches but do not know that it is a niche. He also further goes to describe the benefits of niching.
I mean who could have guessed that a side hustle can be a nich, like a chicken project, trading. Chris does not only talk about this, infact he goes beyond what an everyday person is failing to see. Which is why are people's niches failing?
Why are they remaining broke after niching?
In the chapter of expertise, Chris takes us on a journey of expertise.
To increase and expand be an expert or as he calls it " investing in 1000 hour".
All in all this book is worth the read if one is on a quest for self discovery in any field.
It's worth the time and investment.

Occasionally the book is very simplified to accommodate those without high level of mastery on the English language. It's as if Chris mastered and became an expert in writing books judging by his ability to anticipate the question his readers might ask and he provides the answer to those questions.
Bravo
