Addressing Systematic Discrimination by Reframing the Problem is a non-fiction book by Dr. Frank L. Douglas. He writes to describe the significance of inclusion and equity in society. Previously, cases of murder were on the rise. Again, racism was rampant. With blacks and other people of color facing discrimination, Dr. Frank L. Douglas was motivated to address this issue. The author conducted interviews with victims of racism and discrimination. He targeted those who had been offended in their workplace, in social affairs, and medical services. The author also handles the reframing process detailing all that needs to be done to eliminate discrimination.

It is a recommendable book readable by many. The author addresses what many immigrants face when they travel to countries where racism is evident. Narrating from experience, the intensity of the concern becomes reasonable and valid. Again, the most relevant part of the book is within the highlighted need for full inclusion, equitable treatment, and fairness in selection. Moreover, the book is the ignition to leaders of all levels to consider addressing the need for all individual inclusion in the areas of their jurisdiction. Furthermore, the contents and concepts of the book remain relevant to the title, Addressing Systematic Discrimination by Reframing the Problem.

Reading about what predecessors faced as immigrants scares new adventurers from touring the countries mentioned.

I rate this book five out of five stars. The book is relevant, realistic, and professionally edited. Additionally, the author boldly mentions how unfair it is when people are discriminated against by their skin color, origin, religion, beliefs, and practices.

I recommend this book to leaders across all platforms. There is a big role they can play at their leadership level to prevent occurrences of discrimination. This is achieved through frequent review of the governing rules, codes of conduct, and other regulations.
