We all dream of the perfect life: being successful, doing the right thing, and hopefully going to heaven.

In this book, Snatched Up to Heaven!, we delve into this concept through the eyes of two Christian little girls. When four-year-old Priyanka wakes up one day and tells her parents that she had a dream about heaven, looks of awe turn to her as she begins to recite in intricate and vivid details how she and her younger sister have been brought to heaven by Jesus.

Throughout the book, as she recalls her dream, her parents accompany her and write down what she describes. And despite the little girl’s limited vocabulary, she painted a picture of many colors. Moreover, the writing style was humble and simple, adding a layer of depth and transparency to Priyanka’s words as she told them about her fantastic journey. By the end, the book had created imagery that was both theologically accurate and as pure as a four-year-old kid's stories can be.

Overall, this book was heartwarming. The parents never discarded what their daughter said but instead supported her dreams with Biblical proof as much as they could. I liked that particular aspect of the story.

Despite the heaviness of the topic, Jemima Paul and Arvind Paul made this book suitable for children by always having a hopeful attitude and a light atmosphere, even though it dealt with hell at times. That topic might be shocking to little kids, but the authors handled it very well and made it suitable for all ages.

Therefore, I rate this book 5 out of 5 stars. In only 140 pages, the authors managed to capture the essence of the pure visions of a young girl and turn them into a story worth reading. Moreover, I couldn’t find any mistake, and that implied professional editing. I didn't dislike anything about the book.

I recommend this book for children between the ages of 7 and 9 who want to learn about Hell and Heaven in Christianity as they appear in the Bible and for parents who are looking for a story to share with their little ones that is both heartwarming and educational.
