He argues that political revolutions have been successful in bringing about positive change and that they are the only way to achieve the kind of fundamental change that is needed today.

Rising acknowledges that political revolutions are not without risks, but he argues that the cost of inaction is far greater. He calls on people to take action and work together to create a more just and equitable world.
