I am not a leader or a manger but this book is a must-read for anyone who wants to become a better manager and leader. We all are manager of our lives itself .The authors, James Potter and Mike Kavanagh, are experts in the field of business and management consulting, and they share their insights and experiences in a clear and engaging way. The book covers topics such as setting goals, giving feedback, delegating tasks, coaching employees, and building high-performing teams. The book is full of practical examples, tips, and tools that can be applied immediately in any work environment. The book also challenges some common myths and misconceptions about management and leadership which is really going to help anyone reading this and offers alternative perspectives that are more effective and realistic. The book is not only informative, but also inspiring and motivating. It encourages the reader to reflect on their own strengths and weaknesses, and to develop a growth mindset that will help them achieve their full potential as managers and leaders. The book is suitable for both new and experienced managers, as well as anyone who wants to improve their communication and interpersonal skills. The book is well-written, well-structured, and well-edited. It is easy to read and understand, and it has a logical flow of ideas. The book is also concise and compact. It can be read in one sitting or in small chunks, depending on the reader’s preference. The book is a valuable resource that can be referred to again and again. I highly recommend this book to anyone who wants to learn how to become a successful manager. I give this book 5 stars out of 5.
