Reconfigurement by E. Alan Fleischauer is an easy read with understanding concepts and words. It is the best documented guide for retirement as well as mapped out plans on retirement and contains invaluable informations. It contains moral lessons into reconfigurement financial planning in life.
The book is not limited to a certain age bracket because I believe everyone at a point in their life needs financial planning in place which makes financial and retirement planning a must.
The book is self-oriented and family-oriented. The book is a bit of a bore but the efforts of the author to carry along the readers and maintain their interest in the book without getting bored are quite intriguing. I also appreciated the fact that it is psychology-oriented, every part is intriguing. It contains amazing life lessons, I strongly recommend.
The originality of the author to this book is top notch, he poured out his heart on this book which would make the readers to follow without getting bored and it emphasizes on how bad financial decisions could be catastrophic.
There are occasional oversimplification of certain topics. While it may have minor setbacks, it's practicality, positivity and relevance makes it worthy of reading.
The book contains a few non borderline profanities which I find manageable, less offensive and less provocative. The book was perfectly edited without errors and I commend the editing team for a job well done.
I'll be rating this book a 4 out of 4 because it deserves every star and a 5 out of 5 because of how worthy it is and how it was carefully crafted. Thumbs up to the author.

This book is unique to me. It is one of the very few financial advising authors that talked about retirement. It jolted me to the reality that I won't remain in my prime forever. So I will do my best to apply the suggestions given in this book on how to plan for retirement.
