The Ultimate Prepared Bug-In Guide: Emergency Home Preparedness by S. Lee discusses how to be prepared and escape in any disaster or emergency. Lee disclosed that it would be necessary to learn the survival skills that those in the ancients or our ancestors had used in times past, which involved building a strong community, navigation, a search or hunt for food, and so on. The author also focuses on matters of communication and how to stay updated, as sometimes our phones might go off because of a drained battery. In this scenario, Lee suggests a cell phone or two-way radio like the walkie-talkie. Another factor that is important for our survival during an emergency or disaster is food and water, as well as having a smart and strong community if we decide to bug out.

I noticed that today, most people are not prepared for any emergency or disaster. So if there were to be any case of disaster or emergency, they wouldn't have a way out or an escape route, as they didn't plan ahead of time. This book has illuminated the need to be prepared and how to survive in such circumstances. The author has taken the time to list out what to carry and what not to carry in the case of an emergency, as well as whether an individual should bug out or stay put in the course of an emergency.

I enjoyed this book, and it served as a guide for me to be prepared and keep my family safe in case of an emergency or disaster, be it a natural or man-made disaster, which is something I liked about it. I also liked how it seemed like the author was talking to me while talking about how a community influences one's survival. Furthermore, I loved how S. Lee taught me about adaptation and how to be properly equipped if a disaster or emergency occurs.

The level of explanation and the way the author passed along the necessary information needed for survival were auspicious. So, therefore, I didn't hate anything while reading it, and that brings me to my rating of 5 out of 5 stars for this book. I noticed just one error when I read it, which confirms the professional editing of this wonderful book.

If you haven't prepared or don't know how to be prepared in case of an emergency or disaster, then I recommend you pick up this book, as it will teach you what you need to know for survival.
