This is an excellent summary of the book Trim Healthy Mama Plan , which is a diet plan that was created by stay-at-home mothers. Who were looking for a better way to get healthy and maintain their health, despite having busy lives. This plan is based on biblical ideas and trusting a higher power. The plan is balanced and a sustainable plan. Which is one of the keys to having a healthy body. The plan shows you how to fuel your body every 3-4 hours. Two basic types of meals on this plan Satisfying meals and Energizing Meals. All meals contain protein, low carbs, also you will find Fuel pills and crossover meals in this plan. The summary covers all of this so that you’ll have the information that you need to make this plan work for you. This plan will help to balance insulin levels. One of my favorite lines from the book. “Exercise shouldn’t be a chore or punishment; it should be fun.” And another line I like. “This diet is a long-term lifestyle change that you can use to, first, lose weight, and then, to maintain a healthy weight.” As far as exercise you need to just get moving. I found that the author did a great job of summarizing the book. I rated this one 5 stars.
