Always Strive to Be a Better You by Pete Hall is the book for individuals in various stages of their self-improvement journey, whether they're just starting or already deeply involved. Pete Hall has done an excellent job by gathering insights from interviews with seven ordinary people who lead purposeful and inspiring lives. Their life stories are relatable and humbling for readers.

The stories of these seven individuals offer diverse perspectives on how they were able to achieve a happy, virtuous, and fulfilling life, despite their varying backgrounds and life experiences.

I'd give this book a 5 out of 5-star rating because it's meticulously edited with no noticeable typographical or grammatical errors. Pete Hall's skillful simplification and explanation of various topics make it highly informative. The interactive nature of the book encourages reflection, helping readers envision how to pursue a happy, virtuous, and fulfilling life that aligns with their mind, body, and spirit. Additionally, I appreciate Pete's ability to distill the valuable insights he gained from interviews with seven inspiring individuals, whose perspectives can positively influence readers' lives.

I have no suggestions for improvement because, in my opinion, the book is already excellently written. The book's concept is truly commendable. It was my first time reading a book based on interviews with regular people, which I found to be both refreshing and captivating. This book has the potential to convey the message that, regardless of where you currently stand in life or how ordinary you might perceive yourself to be, it is entirely possible to be your most authentic self and live a happy, virtuous, and fulfilling life.

In summary, I wholeheartedly recommend this book to individuals who wish to embark on their personal journey of self-discovery and self-improvement, seeking to live a life that aligns with their mind, body, and spirit in order to achieve their own version of a happy, virtuous, and fulfilling life.
