Overall, I found "Niching Up" to be very informative. I found 2 areas that were not edited correctly. The first being page 46, paragraph 4, line 1; an the second being page 65, paragraph 3, line 2 word 2. The word is supposed to be "Givens" and it is spelled G-i-v-e-r-s. Other than these two areas, the seems to be properly edited. "Niching Up" seems to be a great book for individuals who would like to learn how to excel in their area of interest (business); especially in today's world where everyone seems to be looking for "work from home" jobs or maybe trying to start their own business to better support their families.

The world is changing everyday and that means people's needs and wants change along with it. This book will be a book that is relevant to individuals not only in the present but also in the future. It does not tell you how to do one specific job, but how you can be great at the specific job you want. I believe if this book were to be put in high or Middle schools, there would be more children on a successful path because they could begin working on their goals early with the tips from this book in mind.
