Reconfigurement by E. Alan Fleischauer is a well-known book on budgeting money as one gets ready for retirement. According to its title, this book intends to change how people—particularly those in their middle years—view money.

Rethinking how we prepare for that time can make the golden years of our lives easier to traverse because none of us can avoid aging and the challenges that come with it. Financial independence that results from wise planning will make sure one does not become a burden to others. The author makes use of the longer lifespans of more Americans.

It concentrates on situations that occur in real life and is easy to understand. For instance, some people question if it's possible to make a change since they don't enjoy their careers or employment. Or, God forbid, we might encounter a crisis that would make it impossible for us to generate income. What can be done to prevent this? The book demonstrates the necessity of rearranging our lives with clear explanations.

The author's writing style was what made me like the book. Normally, I prefer mysteries and romances, but whatever made me choose this novel was right. The author writes in a humorous yet perceptive style. He uses dialogue to convey his messages. I laughed a lot while reading this book, which surprised me because I had anticipated a somber tone.

The author uses more than simply numbers and statistics to convey his point. The author stresses the need for early planning, saying that retirement planning should be carried out as though a person were getting ready to leave his miserable job. I found no dislikes while reading. There were no grammatical errors, showing it was well-edited. I rate this book 5 out of 5 stars. I recommend this book to young people; they need to learn how to plan their finances accordingly.
