This well written book by author Sherry Gibson shares with her readers how she approached the diagnosis of a life threatening condition. By using positive thinking, yoga, meditation and natural health.
Through her experience to share what she learned by writing for us the 7 secrets that she learned to conquer the stresses that she has come to learn can be controlled. The reader will learn to manage stress and put an end to suffering. The author Sherry Gibson has some great examples in her book that many readers will relate to. The different stress factors are something that many readers deal with by living our daily lives. Sherry discusses the four different types of stress and she lists the reasons for stress. The physical symptoms, the mental symptoms and the seven secrets. One of my favorite lines from the book. “Remember ‘change is the only constant’ in life. So go on, change your attitude by thinking positive through positive thoughts, meditation, and mindfulness. I rated this book a solid five stars. I would like to read more books by this talented author.
