A lot of things have changed today, especially with regard to relationships and self-happiness. Most people no longer want to associate and prefer to cling to the social media space all day. Let’s see the advice Jeff “Chappy” Chapman gave us in his book, Slow Down!

This is a short book that dwells on sensitive topics that affect society today. The book starts with childhood and the joy that comes with giving birth to a child. From the beginning of conception, everyone becomes happy and begins to anticipate the child's gender and what it will look like. It’s a nice feeling I can relate to. But then, the big question is: what happens next when the child is born? “Slow down!” is a sentence that summarizes everything needed for the child to grow up properly and also derive the necessary happiness for life. At what point are we to slow down? Grab a copy of this book to find out.

Knowledge is very vital to living a happy life. Most of the time, our lives are affected by the people we associate with, our neighborhood, and the kinds of programs we expose ourselves to, and most times, we are unaware of the damages this scenario exposes us to. This was a very enlightening book, and I am very joyous to have read this masterpiece. I enjoyed the fact that the author kept this book simple and very easy for any reader to understand. This book was properly edited, though I came across a single error that did not affect my reading.

I love the title of this book and how the author related it to each chapter so that, at the end of each chapter, you would see the clear meaning of the title. I can’t say I dislike anything about this book because it meets all the criteria for an amazing book. Hence, I will rate this book five out of five stars. And I would recommend this book to every adult reader.

I totally agree that knowledge is important to living a happy life, because many times, we are faced with circumstances in life that may make us unhappy, so we need knowledge to decide that come what may, we can chose happiness.
