The book Niching Up by Chris Dreyer is inspirational for business startup owners. It clearly explains the need to be specific and intentional in matters of choosing a business. The author has clearly given their experience in running a unique business model from scratch to its success. They have also given enough relevant examples in real-life affairs. His entrepreneurship journey is all documented in an easy way to interpret. His ideas on ways to identify revenue-generating activities in a business model in unmatched. Many book authors do not display this. The author has also expressed all the cons and pros of starting and running a niche business idea. At the tail end of the book, he openly expressed his interest in using his business model as a case study for all upcoming entrepreneurs. His learning points and opinions on the need to identify a special market are all clearly expressed. I highly recommend the book to all business owners who feel stuck on ways to diversify or start up a business.
