I think this book is amazing I really loved how inspiring the whole thing was as well as how the author really went into there own experiences with adversity. Something that really stuck with me was in, Chapter 2: What is your purpose?. As someone studying social work and wanting to go into the youth correctional field I really enjoyed the authors point of view especially around how important it is to be careful and create boundaries because at the end of the day while they are still children some are in these facilities for harrowing things such as murder or rape, although I also really loved how the author the goes into how great it can feel to make any sort of difference in these kids lives. Overall I think the book is extremely inspiring and I will definitely be not only recommending it but re-reading it myself whenever I am being face with adversity. I believe I will always keep these 9 principles to help face life's adversities in mind.
