Review of The Solution is Political Revolution
[Following is a volunteer review of "The Solution is Political Revolution" by Jillion R Rising.]
The Solution is Political Revolution by Jillion R. Rising is an impassioned plea to all Americans to wake up to what the author believes is a deliberate division of our citizenry by our government and mainstream media outlets. The book also offers a plethora of knowledge and a breakdown of perplexing issues surrounding the Federal Reserve, the fiat monetary system, the US Treasury Department, the world banking systems, the United Nations, IMF, lobbyists, immigration, and the drug war, to name a few. Rising demonstrates how America has slipped into stagnation and how this inertia could destroy future generations’ prosperity and innovative spirit if we don’t act now! The Solution is Political Revolution is not a call to violence, nor does it simply decry America’s problems. This book presents ideas for solutions and invites the reader to do the same. The book's main theme is that Americans must reject the barrage of propaganda bolstering hate and division and remain united!
I won’t pretend that I fully comprehended everything this book examines, but the author uses an “Action/Reaction” analysis that is very helpful in explaining some otherwise complicated political topics. Rising strongly believes that American citizens are purposely being pitted against each other in an attempt to weaken the nation, and points to the example of how the media continuously sensationalizes the extremely radical behaviors of the parties (Republicans and Democrats), leading its audience to believe that this is how the majority of that party thinks, feels, and behaves. Thankfully, he also details his thoughts on the reasons behind this deliberate division.
I found this book to be an eye-opening look into the workings of the American government and the for-profit systems it (purposely) keeps in place! I appreciate that the author does not place blame for the governmental failures and corruption exclusively on either side of the political aisle. His well-laid-out arguments, backed up by his diligent research, allow the reader to stop and consider his perspectives on the presented issues.
The only thing I did not like about The Solution is Political Revolution is that sometimes it reads like a tedious textbook and reveals doom and gloom scenarios for America! But, just as taking a bad-tasting medicine is necessary to get well again—deep-diving into America’s woes is the only way to make her well again!
Rising’s words come across as heartfelt and unifying.
I recommend this book to all Americans who want a better understanding of the inner workings of the American government. I highly recommend to Americans who do not already adhere to any particular political ideologies!
This book contains urgent information, is well-written, well-researched, and deserves a 5/5 rating!
