I am delighted to write a review of the book Purpose: The Step-by-Step Guide to Finding Your Purpose and Making It Matter. Even before one could read the book, they were actually finding their purpose and in the process of executing it. The title itself drives them into finding their own purpose. The book brings a deep curiosity and passion for helping people put their purpose into motion through the power of community.
The preface to the book is encouraging, giving hope for a purpose in life. I would like to highlight a quote in the preface: Silent prayers feel more powerful when we say them together. The purpose is a practice, and the impact is the reward.
PURPOSE+CONNECTION+SURPRISE = MAGIC. The formula to think differently seems to be short and power full. The book gives you the insight you need to clarify your purpose and make it matter.
It also helps you to discover that you have the power to step into the role of host and gather people with intention. It lets you know that you have the knowledge and the community skills to invest your time in things that bring us together instead of what tears us apart.
Even if you do not have a purpose in life, you will find a purpose and an idea of how to establish it.
The book would be 5 out of 5 since it is excellent and motivating.
