Reconfigurement is an exceptionally informative book. Written by the talented E. Alan Fleischauer this piece of work translates some of the most important topics regarding personal finance and, in particular, retirement. With encouraging and well-thought-out guidelines, the author almost dialogues with the readers and explains how, at any point in life, we should think bigger and wiser when it comes to our retirement plans and financial security.

I loved the fact that this book is very straight to the point and does not touch on unwanted or uninteresting topics that could possibly make the reader lose interest or think that these guidelines are just theoretical. With forthcoming advice, the author encourages the reader to pursue a second career, one he is passionate about, and make plans not only for their future retirement but also for their future security, weighing all the pros and cons, the possibilities, and the risks of every move we might make even in our early years as professionals.

I can’t point out a single downside to this book. As I said, the author gets straight to the point, makes his arguments, and presents us with several options and moves in order for us to make informed, practical, and specific financial decisions.

In my perspective, there is no other possible rating for this book than 5 out of 5 stars. The book is very small, which makes it a fast and easy read, and it's exceptionally well-edited due to its lack of errors.

Even though I am a very fresh professional in my field, I could find this book useful, which makes me believe anyone who is interested in and preoccupied with their financial stability should in fact benefit from reading this book. Overall, an incredible read.
