'Fight for Sleep' is a very time-oriented researchable creation of Thad R. Harshbarger, Ph.D. The book has described and explained the problems and solutions of the sleep of human beings. The writer has described his experienced-oriented writings in different cycles. He has shown the right time to go to bed and get up from bed and explained it with different graphs. He also mentioned the main causes of insomnia and found out the proper solutions. He has written that both little and more sleep is harmful and it may cause serious health hazards. An adult should sleep a minimum of 6 to 7 hours but a baby/child should sleep up to 11 hours. Early to bed and early to rise is very necessary for good health. A person should go to bed before 10 or 11 pm at night and get up from bed at 6 am in the morning. He should put off working on the Computer and other Electronic devices for half an hour of going to bed. He advised the people to use the right kind of foods, and habits, take proper exercises, and follow the right time of meals. The writer has also shown the sources of insomnia and prescribed the proper treatment. I think the book will be very fruitful/helpful for readers who face sleep problems. The book has been well edited and proofreaded too. I will rate the book 4 out of 4.
