Title : Reconfigurement
Author: E. Alan Fleischauer

E. Alan Fleischauer's book, "Reconfigurement," is a non-fiction self-help guide that provides information and guidance on personal finance and retirement planning. Finance is a crucial aspect of our lives, and every individual must manage it efficiently to maintain their desired lifestyle. In this book, the author offers valuable insights and practical advice to help readers effectively manage their finances and plan for retirement. He explains in detail about budgeting, life insurance, financial planning, social security, spouse benefits, investment, and a brief history of how Mutual funds came into existence, health insurance, etc. He also explains why one should have a thorough understanding before buying any insurance and investing in any stock funds or bonds. The author also emphasizes career testing and details why knowing which career is suitable for a certain individual according to one's personality is a game-changer for any individual who is about to retire or would like to change jobs or careers. And one of the best part about the book is inclusion of jokes in every chapter, it's like attending a good lecture where the lecturer cracks jokes inbetween lessons to make the environment suitable for grasping knowledge.

This book is a must read for any individual irrespective of gender and of age above 20.
Although this book is based on the economic ecosystem of America, I believe this book is still beneficial for anyone living anywhere or any part of the world as it helps to understand the importance of insurance and various benefits it can provide.
I would like to rate this book 4/4 as I found no grammatical and typing error which explains the effort put into bringing such a good book in the market.
This book doesn't have any content or writing that would harm sentiments of any organisation or religious group.

This book is unique to me. It is one of the very few financial advising authors that talked about retirement. It jolted me to the reality that I won't remain in my prime forever. So I will do my best to apply the suggestions given in this book on how to plan for retirement.
