Snatched Up to Heaven by Dr. Jemima Paul with Arvind Paul was a very unique, but interesting book. The book is based on the accounts of Dr. Jemima Paul and Arvind Paul's children who had visions in their dreams of going to visit Heaven and seeing Hell from heaven, as well. The authors compare and contrast Priyanka and Deepika's visions to Bible verses. The children are four and two in age. The prior part of the book focuses on Heaven and the people there, including God and Jesus. The reader will see what the children saw in their visions, which could be a delightful experience. The latter part of the book focuses more on Hell from the standpoint of Heaven. The visions of Priyanka and Deepika, and the parents' interpretations come together to form a great book.

If you are interested in knowing the Bible and having a fresh perspective on Heaven and Hell from a child's view, this book is very educational and entertaining. Whether you believe that the children were having visions from God, or it was just a previously learned coincidence, this book was very gripping. As the reader, you feel like you are actually in Heaven experiencing what the girls in the book describe in vivid detail, from clothes to food in Heaven. The relationship between the girls and Jesus was the most prominent. It was a beautiful and uplifting relationship. I found that learning about Heaven was an overall pleasant experience for the reader. This book motivates me to serve others, to be a better person with kindness toward others, and to reevaluate my personal goals to migrate to this place that is described in this book. The book also makes you think about your values on Earth, especially since it is evident from reading Snatched Up to Heaven that Heaven is eternal and Earth is temporary.

The word Hell usually deterred me from a desire to read, but I am reviewing this book, so I read through it, and I felt comfortable. As the reader, I felt that way because I was with the girls in Heaven seeing what is in Hell, in the company of Jesus. Hell seemed so factual because of the details given. The girls were shown Hell to assist people in changing the ways that people are living for the positive. The authors describe their daughter's experiences of seeing Hell to deter people from sinning. The book conveys that you have agency over your life to go to Heaven instead of Hell. You are shown what you need to do in your life to go to Heaven and avoid the pits of Hell mentioned in a clear graph toward the end of the book.

The only critique that I have is that I am left wondering where a person will go if they are somewhere in between riotous and not riotous. I would have liked to have had some elaboration on a place in between Hell and Heaven if there is one. However, this book is based on the visions of the girls and not my personal questions.

If you are a believer, with religious convictions, this book will strengthen your faith because the correlations between girls' visions and the Bible are so strong. This book could be a great educational tool for those who are interested in biblical Christianity, as well. I enjoyed the two perspectives in the book, one of the children and that of the author. It was a children's and adult book in one. The author's faith in God is evident with knowledge of the Bible and faith in his and her children's visions. There are pictures and videos that you can click on to satisfy your curiosity about the girls, which share their artwork, pictures, and testimonials on Heaven and Hell.

I give this book five out of five stars. The reason is that I felt that this book was motivating for the reader to do good on earth. I also felt that the two different perspectives for the reader were very original. The book was also educational, often quoting the Bible.
