Karmic Selling: Earning Business by Earning Trust by Stan Gwizdak is a fascinating book. Business is all about being authentic and facing situations with a clean heart. The author owns a consulting firm and explains his journey with corporate firms before establishing his own. He had a car accident while struggling to meet his job's demands, and this pressured him to start his firm. He divides the book into ten chapters, with each chapter handling a different topic. Do you have difficulties approaching people for business? Are you finding it hard to find contracts? This book is for you.

Business is approached in a "how can I help? manner". Genuinely strive to connect with and help people. There should be prep work before a business meeting, listening during the meeting, asking questions, making notes, and later making a follow-up. Embrace cultural awareness when approaching people for business. This helps you understand how to handle each individual.

I love the way the author is real. He uses situations he handles and goes ahead to bring in direct case studies written by his business partners. This made the book easier to understand. The simple language he used made the book easy to read and follow. He also gave quotes before the beginning of each chapter. This made me anticipate more while diving into the chapter. He was also very strategic in all his business plans. He spoke of M1, M2, and M3, which were three meetings one needs to have to develop trust with the business partner. The checklist after every chapter made me evaluate myself and how I had understood the chapter.

There is nothing to dislike in the book. The author's strategies are worth emulating. The way he views life so positively is encouraging. These positives, together with the flawless editing it has, make me give it a perfect rating. I rate the book 5 out of 5 stars. The comments of people who have interacted with the book and the author made me psyched up for the content of the book.

I recommend this book to professionals and all those who want to start their firms in the future. It helps one acquire the necessary skills on how to handle employees and approach other executives for business partnerships. It is also useful for those struggling to acquire contracts and those facing problems in their already established businesses. We should be willing to help and connect each day for satisfaction in business.
