Review of Karmic Selling
“There are no strangers here, only friends you haven’t yet met.”
William Butler Yeats, a poet
The first thing that truly draws my attention is the quote presented at the beginning of the book.
The author of the book Karmic Selling is Stan Gwizdak. In this book, Stan Gwizdak describes how he developed his career by lending a helping hand to others. After working in corporate trenches for decades, he witnessed the perils of situations where people take—instead of giving—a lot. His decision to leave the hazardous workplace and launch his own consulting business was prompted by a near-fatal vehicle accident. Stan explains the triumphs and setbacks that he experienced while expanding his company in an open and honest manner, demonstrating that doing good attracts even greater good.
I finished reading this 180-page short book in a single day. This book's writing is just excellent. Bold phrases that are used between chapters are highly engaging. The book is quite interesting to read, and the titles are captivating. The author's decision to include case studies in the following chapters is what keeps you interested in reading the book. The thought of the author's handwritten letter on the final page of the book was really innovative and something new.
The author of this book lays out the fundamentals of karmic selling in the hopes that it will enable readers to achieve more success in their lives. While this is undoubtedly a sales book, it's also a personal account of the value of human connection and the ways in which connectivity enhances our lives on both a personal and professional level. Karmic Selling is an approachable manual for sealing the deal and creating enduring relationships. It shares personal tales, offers a ton of useful advice, and offers readers contemplative activities that help them recognize their own abilities. Here readers can discover practical advice and inspiration for their business needs, written in an approachable yet instructive manner.
The author recommends the following advice on how to connect with people where they are and create lifelong relationships:
1. Approaching people with a clean heart works and feels good.
2. How to Bring a Clean Heart to Business.
3. Help others and yourself.
4. Connection means meeting people where they are.
5. Cultural awareness, situational awareness, and self-awareness.
6. How to Establish Meaningful Connections.
7. Genuine connections take time to build.
You will discover how to steer discussions with questions, identify awkward ones, and develop chemistry through dialogue with Karmic Selling. Recognize the difference between a hard and a soft follow-up, and provide clients with the option to decline at all times.
The book is edited with professionalism and excellence. I give it a five-star rating. This book had nothing that I disliked about it. The book adopts an innovative approach and has the potential to transform the landscape of business. I suggest this book to everyone working in business or marketing.
