This book examines two perspectives that explain the origin of life and the entire universe: the scientific and the Biblical accounts of creation. Science uses the Big Bang Theory to argue its logic, while the Bible uses the Genesis account of creation to do the same. The question is: which of these two accounts adequately describes how the very beginning of time was, before the 'Big Bang' or before God created the heavens and Earth? To find out, grab a copy of this book.

The process of taking things apart is the key aspect of the scientific approach to understanding our universe. To comprehend this, Daniel Friedmann guides us through the principles of chemistry, physics, and mathematics that underlie the existence of atoms, space, time, light, electrons, and dark matter, among other concepts. Herein, you will discover the origins and significance of various scientific theories, hypotheses, chemical equations, and mathematical calculations. In addition to Albert Einstein's exemplary contributions to science, the notable works of other scientists such as Brian Greene and Peter Higgs are recognized. Not every recipient of the prestigious Nobel Prize is deserving, as illustrated by the story of Robert Dicke.

The Genesis account of creation is rooted in the Bible, with the Torah as its blueprint. To gain insight into the Torah, we must explore the mystical tradition of Kabbalah. The teachings of the Lurianic Kabbalah explain how God created the universe through divine commands over six days. As one reads more, curiosity arises further regarding the state of the universe before these commands. Questions such as the origin of time and the appearance of the initial moment also come up. Does the Torah provide the answers to these questions? I will let you find out!

After conducting individual discussions on each account, the author presents a summary of questions that, if answered, could potentially unravel the mysteries of the first instant. By reading this section, readers discern instances where scientific principles diverge or align with Biblical teachings regarding creation. Each account provides answers to the questions that arise from trying to understand the logic in them. Furthermore, the controversial topic of God's existence is addressed.

Here are several positive aspects of this book. Firstly, the author offers thorough explanations of both scientific and Biblical concepts, thereby enhancing the reader's understanding. Secondly, the inclusion of an extensive list of reference materials such as websites and other books, adds credibility to this book. Thirdly, the book is written as a dialogue between two people, who contribute positively to its engaging and enjoyable nature. Lastly, the author employs comparison using tables, charts, and pictures to clarify certain concepts, thereby preventing confusion resulting from very many words.

The editing team did a good job, as I did not encounter any errors while reading. There is nothing that I don't like about the book; therefore, it deserves a perfect rating. I hereby rate this book five out of five stars because of the above-mentioned positives. I recommend it to those interested in the history of mankind and the entire universe, as well as scientific and Biblical enthusiasts.
