E. Alan Fleischauer, a financial advisor, has been assisting individuals in planning for retirement for quite some time, providing ongoing support to ensure they can relish their retirement years with reduced financial concerns. In his book, he talks about the importance of making sound financial choices and decisions in the lead-up to retirement.

Reconfigurement is one of the best finance books I have ever read, and I learned a lot from it. Alan comprehensively addresses various financial aspects, including investments, health insurance, and life protection. His book provides detailed information and a clear understanding of each topic. Alan enlightens readers on the diverse policies one can adopt and emphasizes their benefits, not just for the individual but for their family and friends as well.

I appreciate how Alan vividly illustrates each policy in every chapter, providing classic examples and practical solutions for easy understanding. He breaks down complex financial concepts into simple forms, making it accessible for individuals with limited financial knowledge to make informed choices. What stands out to me is how Alan personally engages with some of the assessment tests he recommends, like the personality and career aptitude assessment, which I tried myself. The book involves the reader, keeping them focused, and the humor sprinkled throughout makes it an engaging read. I have no negative reviews about this book because it exceeded my expectations.

I rate this book 5 out of 5 because the book was very useful to me. There are a lot of benefits for the readers of this book. This book was exceptionally edited. Not a single typographical error was found, making it a worthwhile read. It serves as a comprehensive guide for future planning. I highly recommend this book to all working individuals, regardless of age, as it provides extensive knowledge on initiating a robust retirement plan and effective saving and planning for the future.
