Reconfigurement by E. Alan Fleischauer is a perfect, simple, short and sweet practical guide for planning ahead of retirement. Reconfigurement conveys a deeper meaning and as you read this book, you can understand it.

Finance is a bit complex as well as boring topic for many of us to understand. However, the author has magically added a touch of humor through jokes and also sprinkled wisdom through some mind blowing quotes to make it easy to understand.

The book simply takes us on a practical roadmap to reconfigure our lives before we retire. It includes all the preplanning aspects and helps us understand the correct time to sort out things and secure our financial freedom even before our retirement.

The author has explained and presented some figures and facts of insurance, life insurance, trusts and wills, real estate and other essential aspects that encompass the financial sphere. It is a book that needs to be read with peace of mind if you really want to get all the things into your brain.

The addition of jokes in the chapters help us get rid of boredom and stay on track while reading. The author shares some helpful insight into each financial aspect and stresses on the fact of living with fun and not compromising in order to save money for our retirement. If we plan our finances beforehand and tactfully, we can live a stress free after-retirement life.

The book presents an intelligent way to plan ahead of retirement at an early age as early as in late thirties, before it becomes a heap of burden on your head. I liked the narrative style of the author. It is simply awesome and it makes us feel someone elder wellwisher of us is giving us financial advice by sharing some insightful and important knowledge to us.

This book is professionally and flawlessly edited with no typos or spelling errors and this made me stick to reading it. The extra colored sections for quotes and jokes added charm to this book's printing format. All the sources and websites used are also mentioned at the end of the chapters. Moreover, the author has also shared a list of few books that can help us learn how to add some extra income to our pockets by doing part-time/work from home jobs.

I am rating this book 5 out of 5 stars because I found this one to be a complete package of information shared in a simple yet fun way with highly expressive narrative and rich content. I highly recommend it to all those who are keenly interested in planning their lives now for retirement and gain financial freedom so that they can enjoy their lives when they retire.
