What I enjoy about this book, and one particularly memorable chapter that struck a chord with me, is Chapter 3, in which the author highlights the importance of true connections in our technology-dominated era. Gwizdak observes astutely that, despite the growth of digital communication, people crave genuine ties. He emphasizes the difficulty of breaking down walls produced by screens and emphasizes the significance of genuinely seeing and hearing others. Individuals, according to the author, do not want a sales approach; rather, they want a genuine connection.


Chapter 4 looks into the concept of preparation as a basis for developing business confidence.
