Karmic Selling, penned by Stan Gwizdak, delves into the world of business non-fiction, offering a detailed exploration of essential advice and strategies for approaching business endeavours with kindness and authenticity. The author candidly shares personal experiences from his time as a conventional corporate 'sales boy' and narrates a pivotal incident that profoundly reshaped his approach to conducting business.

This philosophy of sales prioritizes the establishment of relationships and the cultivation of trust over the pursuit of immediate sales. It champions the belief that positive actions yield rewards and underscores the significance of forging genuine connections as the pathway to sustained success. Rather than a quest for rapid wealth, it advocates for the construction of a lasting, ethical business founded on mutual respect and trust. Beyond sales, this philosophy extends to various facets of life, promoting a holistic approach to interaction and engagement with others.

I greatly appreciate the inclusion of images throughout each chapter, which significantly enhanced the credibility of the work. Right from the first chapter, the storyline became effortlessly comprehensible due to its distinct and lucid presentation. The emphasis on the pivotal elements of life—karma and authenticity (the commitment to being genuine)—alongside the provision of practical examples contributed to the charm of this piece. Additionally, two fundamental principles that resonated with me from this work are: "Do not hesitate to share your knowledge and expertise, as it enhances your value as a resource for your clients," and "Sales does not revolve around imposing products or services onto individuals; rather, it involves assisting them in resolving their issues.

This is the reason why I don't dislike this book: it not only imparts valuable knowledge and insights but also encourages genuine relationships and selfless connections, sparking a sense of altruism and shedding light on often overlooked aspects of life. Recommended for professionals and students seeking ethical sales strategies and personal growth insights. A refreshing read for those valuing authentic connections in business and life. The book was exceptionally well-edited and error-free.

I gave this book a rating of 5 out of 5 stars due to its exceptional ability to seamlessly blend practical business guidance with a philosophy centred on authentic relationships and ethical sales practices. The incorporation of personal anecdotes and practical instances resonated deeply, illustrating the significance of genuine connections over profit-centric motives. Its comprehensive approach not only offers valuable business insights but also extends wisdom applicable to various aspects of life, solidifying its deserving status of a 5-star rating.
