Stan Gwizdak is the author of this business inspirational book, Karmic Selling. The book explains how to use kindness, compassion, and empathy to achieve success in the business world. Stan Gwizdak argues that by being genuinely interested in helping others rather than just looking out for yourself, one can build strong relationships. As well as create a positive reputation that will lead to more opportunities and success.

He also emphasizes the importance of adding authenticity and integrity to one's character makeup. He explained that these qualities can help one stand out in a competitive marketplace. Stan Gwizdak supports this with several examples from his own life and the lives of others. He also cites research that shows the benefits of these qualities in the workplace.

One thing I liked about this book is that it's not just theoretical; the author provided practical tips and advice on how to put these ideas into practice. This made me appreciate his honesty and vulnerability in sharing his own experiences. He didn't pretend to be perfect like most salespeople and business people do. I think that makes the book more relatable and accessible.

On the negative side, I noticed a few grammatical and spelling errors. However, they were not enough to deter me from enjoying the book to the fullest and gaining wisdom from it. Also, Karmic Selling isn't bulky, thus, making it something lazy readers will want to read. This is why I'm giving this book a 5-star rating.

Overall, though, I find this book to be a valuable and solid one, and I would recommend it to people new to the world of business or those struggling to have successful careers. I also think it would be helpful for managers and leaders who want to create a more positive and productive work environment.

Many don't believe that they must cultivate good qualities for a successful business. I agree with Gwizdak that looking out to help people than for yourself will, in a degree, make your business successful.

I have always known that excelling in anything, business included, takes more than resources or expertise. I look forward to reading Stan Gwizdak's idea of how we can use kindness, compassion, and empathy to record success in our various businesses. It's also great to know that practical tips on how to go about this have been provided.
