John Huberman MD's book titled Investing and Trading for Novice using the Market Regime is a comprehensive exploration designed to unravel the intricacies of navigating investment and trading landscapes encompassing stocks, bonds, ETFs, mutual funds, currencies, and commodities. Central to its philosophy is the concept of the Market Regime. Initially conceived as a repository of the author's experiences for the benefit of his progeny, it soon emerged as a valuable resource for a broader audience, particularly those new to the financial realm.

This book serves as a conduit for the author's personal opinions and recommendations, offering a roadmap for novices embarking on their journey into investment and trading. Throughout its pages, readers gain essential knowledge to embark confidently on this financial expedition.

Huberman initiates the narrative by recounting his own foray into the dynamic realms of investing and trading. The crux of success for novices, as highlighted by the author, lies in adhering to a well-constructed plan that statistically elevates the chances of success while mitigating risks. Noteworthy is Huberman's emphasis on the temporal dimension, urging individuals with limited time, especially those immersed in professional and familial responsibilities, to focus on investing rather than trading.

The book meticulously explores critical concepts, including the Fundamentals of Financial Instruments, Technical Analysis, The Market, Market Noise, and the Economics Calendar. Its 111 pages, segmented into 12 chapters, underscore the depth of coverage and the author's commitment to providing comprehensive insights.

Appreciation is expressed for the sincerity evident in the author's approach and intentions. Notably, the inclusion of charts, graphs, and basic calculations enhances the educational value of the book, serving as practical aids for novices navigating the complex terrain. However, critiques surface regarding structural aspects with how the book lacks a cohesive organization and the text size posing readability challenges. The author's use of certain abbreviations, such as "thru" for "through" and "Mkt" for "Market," is also noted as diminishing the book's professional tone. Therefore, I can only rate the book 3 out of 5 stars. This is due to the negative peculiarities I mentioned above.

The book has been professionally edited, as the major grammar errors in it are fewer. The book's recommendation extends to anyone harboring an interest in the intricate realms of investing and trading.

The idea that the book also caters to newbies in financial investment pleases me as the book's description tells me there would be some professional terms in it.

I think this book would simplify academic words in investment for novices to understand. This would be educative, especially reading from someone's experience.

Despite the book's lack of cohesive organization, readability challenges due to text size, and the use of certain abbreviations that diminish its professional tone individuals interested in investing and trading due to its comprehensive insights.
