The passion to share with readers the benefits of selling ideas, goods, and services with a clean heart and creating connections that give a happy, fulfilling feeling led Stan Gwizdak to compile a book with the title Karmic Selling: Earning Business by Earning Trust. He shared the experiences in the corporate world that led him to become self-employed, helping people without cheating them. One day, on his way to a meeting, he had an accident and was hospitalised. When he recovered, he chose not to continue in the rat race experienced in companies. He reiterated the importance of being sincere in our dealings with people to gain their trust, because we will reap what we sow. To involve ourselves in business with honesty and charity, there are subheadings for consideration in this book. Are you keen to learn them? Get a copy and read it.

It is worth noting that the author made his book very simple to understand by introducing the book to give background information and an overview of the entire contents of the book using simple language. Within each chapter, there are key statements to take note of, which he differentiated by using thicker strokes for each letter. There are outlines to ponder that will help us have a clean heart and connect with our clients. If we sow good, we will reap good, and if we sow bad, we will reap bad. Stan emphasised this point to let us know we can't cheat nature; hence, in our dealings with people when it comes to business, we should be truthful without being selfish. Furthermore, he gave practical illustrations of himself and others who practiced karmic selling to let readers learn the concept better, showing it's not theoretical but practical.

He included quotes from authors and other influential people whose comments relate to his philosophy, as well as references where readers can research further about the concept of karmic selling. The writings contained in the book are thought-provoking, which polishes the mind and lets us know the right thing to do as individuals. Another thing I learned is that before you meet people for a business, preparation is essential, and the services we offer should be need-based. Taking notes during a meeting is necessary for reference purposes, and the connection is not just with anybody, implying we should know who to connect with and who not to connect with personally or professionally.

For younger readers to understand the contents of the book with clarity, I suggest that additional pictures be included.

I discovered no errors while reading the book. As a result of the flawless editing, well-organised write-up, and simplicity, I rate the book five out of five stars.

I recommend the book to readers of self-help books and those who wish to apply the law of karma in the business of selling oneself, rendering services, and selling goods.
