In this little handbook, Kalliope includes the information left out in her previous book named Play Golf Better Faster. Designed to be carried inside your golf bag, this book contains the secrets of being a great golfer. Kalliope draws from her experiences as both a learner, a professional, and a coach to create a flexible yet challenging learning experience for golfers. In addition to other golf resources needed, this book serves as a valuable source of reminders for the fundamental aspects to focus on while practicing and playing golf.

Kalliope utilizes NLP techniques to underscore the significance of creating a connection between the brain, the mind, and the body while on the golf course. In this context, we learn how to stimulate our human senses and the language that manipulates our brains to focus on the positive sides of things. Please find out how the distance and the position of a golf ball in relation to a golfer's feet, determine the quality of their shot. While golfers strive for 'good' shots and outcomes, 'bad' shots and outcomes are inevitable, however, Arnold Palmer offers an intriguing approach to dealing with such instances.

While this book explores numerous golfing skills, the topic that captured my attention more is mastery. The author expertly guides us through the formula and the eighteen basic skills that foster mastery. Additionally, she emphasizes the specific strategies for golfing as well as the importance of maintaining a consistent routine. Surprisingly, golf can be practiced at home and Kalliope Barlis is here to guide you through!

Allow me to highlight a few positive aspects of this workbook. First, the book is concise but still manages to convey the author's message. Second, Kalliope is an exceptional trainer, demonstrated by her ability to engage, challenge, and motivate her audience. Lastly, the appendix of this book serves as a valuable reference point for readers.

The editing team did a good job, as I did not encounter any errors while reading. Since there is nothing I dislike about this book, I refrain from lowering its rating. I hereby rate it five out of five stars because of the above-mentioned positives. I recommend it to golf learners and coaches.
