"Karmic Selling" by Stan Gwizdak is a book aimed at cultivating authenticity—the ability to conduct business with a clean heart and conscience. The author, having experienced an accident, realized he needed to live differently. Applying the law of karma, he hoped to achieve success with a clear conscience and, at the same time, build valuable connections in the corporate world. It's not about sales or money but about relationships with people, the desire to understand their troubles, and helping regardless of reward, which brings success. Stan explains in his book how, by helping others, he feels better himself, and his business thrives. To achieve goals, it's crucial to listen to what others need, prove that they can trust you, and help them in any way, even if it means connecting them with someone else without any benefit for yourself. The author emphasizes that even if your good deeds haven't helped you now, they always come back tenfold, and you'll be rewarded one way or another. Stan has thus gathered many business friends who trust him and want to work with him because they know he'll deliver on his promises. The book explains how to speak, what to delve into, how to persuade skeptics, or simply how to prepare for business conversations to make them valuable.

The book details certain human behaviors, ways of communication, and how to interact with such individuals, always being prepared to help, anytime, anywhere. I liked that the author included real-life examples, and the reflection at the end of each chapter helped recall the key points. He explained what to do in the first meeting, why multiple meetings are necessary to acquire a genuine buyer, and how to persuade even the biggest skeptics to your side. The author also explains that success may not always accompany you, or it might be harder to achieve than usual, but striving for it with a clean conscience is crucial. It's emphasized in the book how important it is not to be just an ordinary salesperson who merely drives away customers. Even instructions are provided on how to prepare for a meeting and what to note about each client to continue achieving success. I particularly liked the motivating quotes from other authors included at the end of each chapter.

In this book, I didn't find anything that gave me negative feelings. I don't believe that a book meant to help improve oneself can contain flaws because it's not aimed at anyone else but to assist people in seeking a better life—in this case, shedding the cold salesperson mask and being a true and authentic version of oneself.

I highly rate "Karmic Selling" by Stan Gwizdak and give it 5 out of 5 stars. The book is excellently structured and easy to read and understand, not only for business people but also for ordinary individuals eager to learn something new about communication. The meticulously written instructions show that the author genuinely wants to help others follow his path to success.

I would recommend this book to all adults and even some teenagers who aspire to show their true selves to the world but hesitate because they don't know how to do it, as it writes about how sincere communication and helping others can lead to success. It shows how important it is to remain true to oneself and not pretend to be someone else, which won't bring happiness but only make life harder.
