Review of Intermittent Fasting for Women in Menopause
Let’s admit it. Menopause is a “burning” hell with the heatstroke, the mood swings, the inability to lose weight even though you were many times on a diet. Keto did not work. Vegan diet did not work. 500 calories diet did not work.
This makes you realize that all your hardships are valid. Our narrator, Woods publishing, makes you realize all your difficulties are valid. You did not overreact, you were not dramatic, you just are simply going through menopause.
Throughout her own experiences, our narrator explains with scientific but simple information concerning ALL stages of menopause and how to survive them. Considered this book, Intermittent fasting for women over 50 in Menopause by Woods publishing, as the new manual to survive menopause: a series of guidelines and advice without judgment that can help you get through that difficult phase of life like many of us, women.
Please, let go of any diet as this book explains intermittent fasting. There is not one but multiples ways to fast, each adapted to one’s own body.
This work is a source of relief for all the women who are afraid or shameful of all the changes they live, for all the women who were not taken seriously by the doctors. If you are lost and confuse about this “second adolescence”, Woods publishing guides us step by step. It is not a miracle book that will guarantee us a 20 pounds weight loss. It is a life changing book, it is not about losing weight, it is about gaining control and finally taking care of our body and our mind.
Although I have always been skeptical about life changing and diet books, this one was truly a surprise. Woods publishing knows about her subject and present to us scientific evidence about the long-term benefits of intermittent fasting. There is a lot of information in this book, which can be quite intimidating at first, but as she says in her book, “Rome wasn’t built in one day”.
To conclude this review, I found nothing objectional in this book. It consists of every insightful chapter that can be easily adjusted to your lifestyle. There were no grammatical nor typographical errors.
Therefore, I rate Intermittent fasting for women over 50 in Menopause 5 out of 5 stars.
This book was a genuine good surprise and quite helpful for any women who face difficulties with all stages of menopause.
