The In-Between is a memoir of Christian Espinosa. Christian shares his life experiences that shaped the person that he is now. On May 9, 2022, Christian had a major life experience that made him realize how he was living his life. On that day Christian had a near-death experience after getting into an accident. He realized that he was approaching life in the wrong way. Something clicked in his mind that shifted how he was going to approach life in the years to come.

The realization that Christian had was that he had been living in the macro-moment instead of living in the micro-moment; living in the moment. He uses his life experiences to show how living in the macro-moment affected his business, marriage, friendships, and family. He also shows the positive impacts of living in the moment, which he never really appreciated in the past.

I liked how the author used his life experiences to teach the readers how to live in the moment. I have learned a lot of things from this book that I will carry with me for the rest of my life. The author used both his bad and good life experiences in his teaching. I appreciated this because the author didn't hide the bad moments in his life. I also liked how the author kept changing the timeline of his story throughout the book. This made the book interesting to read.

I also liked the different writing style that Christian used in the last chapter. This chapter sums up what the reader needs to do to live in the moment.

I didn't find any negative aspects of this book. I rate this book five out of five. The book was exceptionally well-edited. I recommend this book to all readers out there. This is an amazing book that I think every reader would appreciate.
