Reconfigurement is a nonfiction book written by E. Alan Fleischauer, who is a financial advisor with over two decades of experience. This book doesn't dictate solutions; instead, it guides readers through strategic queries and counsel to help them make optimal decisions.

The book lays out essential tactics for successful planning and readiness whenever one decides to retire or in anticipation of future retirement plans. Fleischauer kicks off by showing the significance of planning and elucidating how thoughtful choices foster personal and professional advancement. A substantial chunk of the book zeros in on retirement planning, simplifying prudent investment, and money-saving practices. Throughout, Fleischauer fortifies his advice with well-researched stats and insights.

I appreciate how the author relies on facts and figures to bolster his assertions, rendering the book highly informative. I leaned heavily on Fleischauer's wisdom to grasp the ideas of thinking about and preparing for the future. It serves as a self-help guide, exceeding expectations. Additionally, the author infuses the ideas in the book with a bit of humor, which I found interesting. The incorporation of new terms and insights, particularly on careers and retirement, is commendable. Many go into career contemplation, but few ponder the complex nature of retirement planning.

Surprisingly, I find no dislike for this book. Financial books are often laborious, yet the author of this book was able to make it both enjoyable and educational. I acquired valuable knowledge about finance, career strategies, and more. Despite addressing weighty subjects, the author's approachable style prevails. The author made sure to address readers in dialogue rather than a preachy tone. He adeptly aids readers in comprehending their situations and handling money judiciously.

There are no errors in this book, so it was exceptionally edited. I had no dislike for the book, so I am going to rate it 5 out of 5 stars. I love books that are perfect like this, and I recommend it to anyone with retirement plans.
