Trust Signals is a book all about business, building a brand that people buy from, and how things have changed over the years in personal relations. It starts by explaining PR and how it has changed in recent years. Methods that worked fine a few years ago do not work anymore. It is all about trust now. Once the foundation is built, the book explains different trust signals and how to help customers and potential customers trust your brand. It goes over every aspect and is a fully complete guide. The second half of the book explains how to add those trust signals to your website and other online appearances, so your brand builds trust. Once all the information is given, the end goes over everything again without feeling repetitive.

I liked how detailed this book was and that I could finish it with no additional questions or confusion. The author is a professional who knows what he is talking about, but the book didn’t feel like a sales pitch. Information was given freely and completely. I wasn’t even sure what PR was when I started. I knew it was a good book to learn about business, so I gave it a chance. I am so glad I did! I learned so much about building a brand and earning trust online.

There wasn’t much I didn’t like about this book. It wasn’t the most fun to read, but that wasn’t an expectation for a business book. He did a great job using stories to engage the reader, so I enjoyed reading it. Other than that, I have no complaints!

This book was edited to perfection. I found no errors throughout the book. That is rare! There were enough chapters to break the book up into digestible parts, but not so many that it was chopped up.

I rate Trust Signals 5 out of 5 stars. The information was incredible, the editing was perfect, and the writing was very well done. This was a complete guide that made me feel satisfied and ready to use my new information. I loved that I started the book knowing little about PR and finished it feeling confident that I could take the first steps toward building a trustworthy brand online. I learned a lot and completely recommend this book to anyone wanting to build a business.
