Snatched Up to Heaven! by Jemima Paul, Ph.D., and Arvind Paul is a book that explains in much detail the somewhat supernatural experience that her daughters shared at the young ages of two and four.

When little Priyanka and Deepika were just kids, they both shared dreams and visions of being taken up into heaven and down into hell. Despite their young ages, the girls were able to share their joyful and slightly scary experiences of what they both saw in heaven and hell, respectively. Their story is the foundation of this novel, but likewise, it is just a complement to what the authors' are actually talking about, which is the existence of the supernatural and how it affects all of us who exist on earth today.

I'm very glad that I read this novel. It was more detailed and straightforward than I had actually anticipated. I had imagined it to be more fantasy-like, as it is based on the dreams of two young children. And while this was actually an aspect of this book, every segment of the young girls testimonies was reinforced by scriptural texts, references, and explanations, which gave the book a more educational feel. The authors' intentions were clear, and I felt sincerity in their words, as though they were communicating with me. I also appreciate the authors' efforts to validate the message of their daughters with scriptural references. This will greatly help people to have a better grasp of what the girls truly had to say. Their writing style was also very consistent and easy to understand.

I don't particularly have anything that I dislike about this book, and I had no problems reading it. I simply caution that anyone reading this book should do so with an open mind and should seek to understand the authors' views and opinions rather than simply challenge them.

This novel was a very enlightening read. I think that it is worth 5 out of 5 stars. This is because the authors' intentions were very clear for me to see and understand, and these same intentions were adequately conveyed in this novel.

I would first recommend this book to a Christian audience because I think they would have a more solid connection to the testimony of the girls. However, I also have to mention that it may be a challenging book for them, especially if there are misalignments between what is in this book and what they may already hold as their own beliefs. I also view this novel as a missionary piece of literature, as it has been used to share the faith of the family and initiate a conversation in the lives of readers. If anyone can comfortably read religious and prophetic material, then this book is also a great read for them.
