Reconfigurement by E. Alan Fleischer. The book consists of thirteen chapters, it is written in an easy, simple language. The author attracts me while reading about how to plan for the retirement age. People don't concern about planning for this age, but this book takes the reader in a tour of financial industry. Alan draws the road to manage your income, how to invest it.
Alan studies in his book the challenges to make a significant different in your life.
The author talks about how the society measure the human age and the average life across years. Alan illustrates the importance of income, he said that reconfigurement is about planning ahead.
Alan mentioned that although America is the land of unlimited opportunities, Americans people doesn't have enough cash to cover their emergency. One of my favourite chapters in the book which describes how to finding your fit, Alan mentioned a series of assessments related with personality characteristics which focus on creativity, structure and performance. In my opinion these assessments are very important because it let the person discover his strength points. I interested in trying it. Alan talks about income protection and its benefits. Income is an essential factor in reconfigurement. Additionally describes the importance of disability importance.
The book is very interesting and informative. The book is 5 star category.
