Reconfigurement by E. Alan Fleischauer is a nonfiction book in which the author is a financial adviser. E. Alan targets people who plan for the future, especially those who are about to retire. He talks about career retirement, investments, affordable health insurance, and income protection. The author focuses on planning not only for those in old age but also for everyone, regardless of age.

The author goes ahead to guide us on how to avoid living lives that are not our dreams after retirement. Therefore, he provides us with the necessary tools to achieve our dream retirement plans. E. Alan also describes the importance of having a stable source of income and how to protect it.

I like the book because the author has used simple terms that are easy to understand, especially for those with school knowledge. This allows the reader to get the flow of the book and understand it well. I also like the author's explanation of how to reconfigure finances. The book also has some humor, and jokes create a good mood, thereby preventing boredom.

The book was very nice, and there is nothing I dislike in this book since I found it easy to understand despite the many terminologies.

I give this book 5 out of 5 stars because of the positives mentioned above. Its relevance makes it suitable for anyone to read. It was worth reading, and I found out that planning for the future is a paramount decision that we all should consider.

I do recommend this book to youths and people of older ages since they will grow to understand how to plan for the future. Also, those who want to pay for early health care insurance will get to know its importance and the several types of health insurance that are mentioned in this book.
