Stan Gwizdak is the author of the book Karmic Selling. The Kormac Group, led by CEO Stan Gwizdak, is a results-oriented management consulting company that reflects his unblemished character and dedication to helping people. He witnessed the perils of work situations where people take, take, take—instead of giving—having spent decades in the corporate trenches. He left the poisonous workplace and founded his own consulting business as a result of a near-fatal vehicle accident. Stan explains openly and transparently the triumphs and setbacks that he had while expanding his company, demonstrating that doing good deeds attracts even greater good. This 180-page book is not very long. The writing in this book is simply outstanding. The use of bold sentences in between chapters makes them quite interesting.

The book has some fascinating titles, and reading it is highly engaging. What keeps you interested in reading the book is the author's choice to include case studies in the subsequent chapters. Both the case studies and Stan's candor about his personal experiences are incredibly relatable. Stan lays the groundwork for success by showing us that no matter what kind of work we do, we are constantly selling. The case studies and thought tasks in this book are its strongest points. This is not a book to read and put away; use the principles in your notes, follow-ups, and conversations to improve both your personal and professional lives.

The author never intended to work in sales. He's always detested that concept and that individual. His entire career has been based on gaining people's trust and putting their needs first. He is convinced that it can work for readers like you, as it has for him most of the time. It all comes down to having an open mind, making a connection with the other person, and asking, "What can I do for you?" at the beginning of each encounter. He refers to it as karmic selling. In an attempt to help readers become more successful in life, this book explains the principles of karmic marketing.

This is definitely a sales book, but it's also an intimate story about the importance of human connection and how technology improves our lives in both personal and professional ways. It's acceptable to aspire to succeed. Instead of treading on others to advance, Karmic Selling can assist you in finding it while helping others. Through dialogue with Karmic Selling, readers will learn how to spot unpleasant situations, influence conversations with questions, and build confidence.

There are no grammatical errors in the work, which is incredibly professionally edited. Although this book contains some profanity, I didn't find anything bad about it. I'll rate it five stars out of five. I recommend this book to anyone involved in marketing or business, as well as to those looking to advance in their industry. In a style that is both friendly and educational, readers can find inspiration and useful guidance for their business needs. Know the difference between a gentle and a harsh follow-up, and always give clients the choice to say no.
