This book reminds me of my favorite citation: "Many people take no care of their money till they come nearly to the end of it, and others do just the same with their time. -Johann Wolfgang von Goethe”.

Kudos to E. ALAN FLEISCHAUER for merging those mentioned above and equally important aspects in his praise-worthy work “RECONFIGUREMENT”. His writing style is expository and persuasive and justifies the intrinsic knowledge of the author well. His witty act of adding a touch of humor has kept his readers glued to the book while educating them. His work comprises chapters that will delve into details and depths, exploring all the important and necessary aspects of life as a whole and financial planning being a part of it.
It is a known fact that only a creamy layer has the privileges of comfort and luxury when most of the population struggles to live up to the mark with bare necessities. Fleischauer’s work is comprehensive and can be kept as a vade mecum for all-inclusive financial planning, where retirees can reap the benefits. The impeccable attribute of his work involves the readers being the star of the show where they can judge and self-assess themselves in both short and long-term planning in fields of career aptitudes, health insurance, life insurance, and self-care and management, retirement planning, social strategies while debunking various Social Security myths. Whilst enjoying fun and light-hearted wits and logic on our platter.

I felt the book's archetype resonated with Maslow’s hierarchy of needs. The book seems to be professionally edited, and it seems to be decipherable to every reader, thus not only limiting it to those who are aware of financial terminologies. This book is value for money and a good investment for a better hold of our lives. With no further amelioration on my part, I am happy to rate it 5 out of 5.

Retirement shouldn’t be a race against time rather it should be a race forward, where time serves as an ally.
