Stan Gwizdak's book Karmic Selling: Earning Business by Earning Trust is a professional and business guide for all working professionals, not just sales and business executives. About what constitutes everlasting business partnerships that are advantageous to both organizations, I wholeheartedly agree with Stan. Success depends on developing trust through honesty, skill, competence, and persistence. Stan explains how to do this in this book, with instructions and examples.

Gwizdak witnessed the perils of work environments where people take rather than give during his decades-long tenure in the corporate trenches early in his career. He left the toxic workplace and founded his own consulting business as a result of a near-fatal car accident. The foundation for effectively resolving other people's issues and attaining increased life enrichment is laid out in this book.

This book's motto is "We can succeed in anything by being kind and authentic," and "You only win when you make other people win." It is a way of inviting others to win. The central thesis of this book is that good deeds bring good karma, which causes good things to happen in one's life. You will discover that when you give good things to the world, you will receive tenfold returns. Leading a life free of corruption is an excellent place to start if you want a bright future. The author has included citations to additional articles where he obtained the content for our reading and reference, which is what I find most appealing.

In addition, the writer offers suggestions for improving business, such as:
Approach business with an open mind and an attitude of however I can help.
Real, one-on-one conversations foster connections and the development of trust.
Additionally, the author stresses how crucial preparation is for all business talks and meetings.
Keeping notes aids in memory retention and socialization.

I rate this book a five out of five because the author makes Karmic Selling seem like an approachable manual for sealing the deal and creating enduring relationships by sharing personal tales, case studies, and contemplative activities that help readers recognize their own abilities. This book offers inspiration and practical, down-to-earth knowledge to readers who appreciate approachable yet educational business guides.
