When it comes to retirement, there is more to it than what we see. It's not only the pensions that are given and other pennies that make retirement a success, but this book, Reconfigurement by E. Alan Fleischauer, is a very detailed book that breaks down the analysis of retirement. It made me see the reason that retirement is not what we believe it to be.

This book talks about the income and expenditures one has before retiring. What are the wages being paid? Can they be enough to rely on for retirement? The amount of money being spent while on service, family, feeding, fees, children, vacation, and building a comfortable family. Before you know what's happening, there is little or no money left for retirement. This alone can lead retired people to drink and have a boring life because they don't know what else to do to help themselves. This book explains the measures anyone can take to retire.

I love the way the author used stories to give illustrations at certain points in the book. That helped me picture the scenario in my mind. I also loved how he shared detailed tips that could help every worker retire well. Honestly, retirement these days is nothing to write home about, but with the steps and tips in this book, one will retire well. The book opened my eyes and broadened my knowledge of retirement. It helped me see retiring from another perspective, and with this book, I can't wait to retire.

Is there anything I dislike about this book? No, the book was direct, detailed, and helpful, and I learned a whole lot from it. I would rate it 5 out of 5 because it delivered on the promise. I recommend this book to every business owner because one day they will retire. I also recommend it to people who love a good lifestyle because you can only live well in retirement when you retire well.

Are you interested in learning how to spend your income and retire well? Then you should be found reading this book. It's a must-read for everyone.
